Our silver bracelets are made from 100% recycled 925 sterling silver and coated with protective rhodium to slow oxidation and tarnish. Like all precious metals, silver may lose some brightness over time, which can be restored with proper care. Pieces with gemstones should be handled with extra care.

How to Care for Silver

Rhodium plated sterling silver is durable and best maintained with gentle care to preserve its brilliance. Clean gently with a soft toothbrush and dry with the included polishing cloth. Avoid harsh or abrasive products, and for pieces with gemstones, clean carefully and avoid soaking.

Warranty

All Pig & Hen 925 Sterling Silver jewelry comes with a 12 month production warranty that covers manufacturing and construction defects. Repairs or modifications carried out by non authorised parties or by yourself are at your own risk and will void the warranty.

Essential Tips for Long Lasting Shine

Wear your jewelry often, as natural friction during daily wear helps prevent tarnish, but remove it before exercising since sweat can affect silver and rhodium plating
Keep your jewelry away from water and chemicals, including chlorine, shampoo, soap, cleaning products, and salt water, and always remove it before showering or swimming.
Apply perfume, sunscreen, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry to avoid damage from these substances

The warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover damage, scratches, or defects caused by improper use, nor breakage that is not the result of a manufacturing defect.
It also excludes discolouration caused by exposure to water, perfume, soap, lotion, hairspray, high skin acidity, or wear on moving parts such as clasps or safety catches.
Lack of maintenance or proper cleaning, repairs by non-authorised jewellers or resulting damage, items purchased through non-authorised resellers, and claims without valid proof of purchase are also not covered.
